Meet our founder

Odilichukwu Nwankwo. MSc, MBA

Odilichukwu Enemmuo Nwankwo is a visionary leader, seasoned Information Technology professional, and social impact advocate with a deep-rooted passion for national transformation and human development. He is driven by a lifelong commitment to empowering people—especially children and youths—to grow, thrive, and ultimately fulfill their God-given potential and destiny.

Born in the Bronx, New York, Odilichukwu’s early life was shaped by a blend of global exposure and strong Nigerian values. He began his primary education at Corona School, Gbagada, Lagos, and proceeded to secondary education at Federal Government College (FGC), Okigwe, as well as Command Secondary School, Abakaliki. He hails from Ajalli in Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State, a community that has remained close to his heart and continues to influence his passion for grassroots development.

Odilichukwu holds advanced academic qualifications, including a Master of Science (MSc) degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which have strengthened his ability to combine technical expertise with strategic business leadership. His professional career spans several years across multiple industries, where he has built a reputation for excellence, innovation, and results-driven leadership.

He currently serves as Co-Head, Global Platform Services – Markets Application Production Services & Engineering, where he leads complex, large-scale technology operations. His core competencies include IT Strategy, IT Management, IT Consulting, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, IT Service Management, Production Management & Services, Infrastructure Advisory for large organizations, Cloud Solutions (Azure & AWS), Network Design, and Data Center Technologies. Throughout his career, he has consistently worked with senior business executives to define strategic objectives and successfully execute them at enterprise level.

Beyond his professional achievements, Odilichukwu is deeply passionate about people and purpose. He strongly believes that true national development begins with investing in human capital—educating the young, empowering the productive population, and caring for the vulnerable. This conviction led to the establishment of the Odilichukwu Enemmuo Foundation, a platform dedicated to uplifting lives and strengthening communities.

Since its inception, the foundation has been actively involved in educating children in rural areas, providing access to learning opportunities, basic welfare support, and hope for a better future. Through various initiatives focused on child support, youth empowerment, vocational training, agriculture, and elderly care, the foundation reflects Odilichukwu’s belief that everyone deserves an opportunity to succeed regardless of their background.

His vision for the foundation is anchored on sustainable impact and nationwide transformation—raising individuals who are empowered, self-reliant, and equipped to contribute meaningfully to society. To Odilichukwu, success is not measured only by personal or professional milestones, but by the number of lives transformed and destinies fulfilled.
