Who We Are

Odilichukwu Enemmuo Foundation was born from a simple yet powerful observation: every society is measured by how it treats its most vulnerable—the young, the aspiring, and the elderly. Founded on the ninth day of February 2011 by Odilichukwu Nwankwo. MSc, MBA, he began as a small, grassroots initiative in Anambra and have since grown into a national movement dedicated to creating intergenerational bonds of support, opportunity, and dignity.

Fostering a cycle of care that uplifts everyone.

We are a purpose-driven non-governmental organization committed to driving nationwide transformation through sustainable social impact initiatives.

Our work focuses on supporting vulnerable children with education, protection, and basic needs. We empower youths through vocational training, skills development, and mentorship to promote self-reliance and employment. We also strengthen livelihoods by providing agricultural support and training that enhance food security and economic stability.
In addition, we offer care, welfare, and healthcare support to the elderly, ensuring they live with dignity and respect. Through community-centered programs and strategic partnerships, we address critical social challenges.

Our Vision

A world where every individual—from the cradle to the golden years—is valued, empowered, and supported within a vibrant, interconnected community.

We envision societies where children grow up nurtured, youth are equipped to lead, and the elderly live with purpose and respect, creating a resilient tapestry of mutual care across all generations.

Our Mission

To empower children and youth with the tools for a brighter future, while ensuring the elderly are cared for, respected, and integrated into the fabric of community life.
We execute our mission through three core pillars:
  • Nurture: Providing foundational care, protection, and developmental support for children.
  • Empower: Equipping youth with skills, mentorship, and opportunities to become agents of change.
  • Honor: Delivering compassionate care and creating meaningful roles for the elderly, recognizing their invaluable wisdom and experience.

Our Core Values

These principles guide every program, partnership, and decision we make:

Compassionate Integrity

We act with unwavering honesty, empathy, and respect in all our interactions.

Inclusive Equity & Respect

We believe every person, regardless of age, background, or circumstance, deserves equal access to opportunity and care.

Sustainable Empowerment

We don’t just provide aid; we build capacity. Our programs are designed to create lasting, positive change from within

Intergenerational Solidarity

We actively break down age-based barriers, fostering relationships where the young and old learn from, support, and enrich each other.

Community-Centered Collaboration

We work with communities, not just for them, partnering with local leaders, families, and stakeholders to co-create solutions.
